We used Nicki when trying to relocate from Michigan to North Carolina. My husband had moved down to NC first and I was still in Michigan finishing up a work contract. Nicki was great, very knowledgeable, and she knew the areas around Raleigh that were great for raising children. We spent countless hours over the phone, narrowing down my house search, and then spend the weekends looking at houses with my husband. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She would make a list of the pros and cons of each house and what cosmetic vs big items that would need to be fixed and then call and talk to me about it. She narrowed down a list of 3 houses for me to look at when I came down from MI to look at. She spent many hours taking us to these houses and helping us to decide on the right one. She helped us to find the perfect house, in the perfect neighborhood, with wonderful neighbors. I am extremely grateful and would recommend her to everyone! We have know lived in our house for 3.5 years and LOVE it!!!

We used Nicki to purchase our first home. We thought we were okay with buying a "fixer-upper", but the more we looked at them, and the more Nicki pointed out all that may need to be done with our limited budget and time, we decided to purchase a home that was move-in ready and needed simply cosmetic updates. We are very thankful for her guidance here!We were not set on a specific area, and Nicki showed great patience in showing us homes within a large area in order to find the perfect home for us. Finding "our" home was not an easy task; we looked at probably over 30 homes. Nicki measured our vehicles, and then measured garage door openings to be sure our vehicles would fit. Since I work from home, it had to have a dedicated space for that. We found it, though, and 4 years later we still love it!
